I work from Beyond the Finish Sports Therapy in Morton, about 10 minutes away via the A38. Treatment is for tight muscles, injury recovery, and moving more comfortably day to day.
It suits a runner getting ready for a race, someone stiff from the gym, an office worker with a sore neck and shoulders, or anyone with everyday aches. How I work is on the about page. Book on the booking page.
People come from South Normanton, Pinxton, Hilcote, Blackwell and Somercotes. The same clinic also covers Alfreton, Tibshelf, Clay Cross and Chesterfield.
Why people book
The outlet, the A38 and Junction 28 mean a lot of local work is driving, sitting, or being on your feet. Training does the rest. A session may ease that tightness and help you move more freely. It will not fix every problem, and I will say so if it will not.

Who it is for
You do not need to be an athlete.
Office workers and drivers. Sitting and the A38 often show up as neck pain, shoulder tension, headaches and a stiff upper back.
Tradespeople. Physical work tends to leave tight muscles, a sore lower back and aching shoulders.
Runners. Useful around race prep and between sessions, especially for calves, Achilles and the IT band. I run ultras, so this is familiar ground.
Cyclists and gym-goers. Long rides and hard sessions often mean a stiff lower back, tight hips, and legs that have not recovered.
Why people come over
Every session starts with what is contributing to your symptoms, not the same routine for everyone. I also cycle, swim and climb, so I know what training asks of a body, and I see plenty of people who do not train at all.
Morton is close enough that South Normanton is a short trip, not a drive into a city. What people have written after treatment is on the reviews page.

FAQs
Do I need to play sport? No. Many clients are office workers, drivers and tradespeople who want to hurt less and move more easily.
Is it painful? It can be uncomfortable on a very tight spot. Pressure is always changed to what you can tolerate.
How often should I come? Some people book once. Others come monthly, or before and after a race, or when something flares up. We decide that together.
Can it help back pain?It can ease the muscle tension that sits with a lot of back pain, and it can sit alongside rehab. It will not fix every back problem.
Can it help neck and shoulder tension?Yes. That is one of the most common reasons people book.
